Refilling Instructions
EPSON Stylus Color / Pro (S020025)
- Seal the outlet hole(s) in the base of the cartridge with adhesive tape.
- Peel back the bottom of the sticky label to reveal the sealed filling hole(s).
- Assemble the syringe and filling needle and fill with the appropriate colour ink.
- Puncture the seal to the filling hole with the filling needle. (See diagram for filling hole color). Insert the filling needle half an inch (12.5mm) into the cartridge.
Note: The cartridge contains sponge and a slight resistance might be felt.
- Slowly inject up to 15ml. of ink or until ink appears at the filling hole.
- Seal the filling hole with some adhesive tape.
- Unused ink may be returned to the bottle. Clean the syringe with water and dry for future use, or use with a different color ink.
- Mount the cartridge in the printer and allow to stand for up to 24 hours. (Allows ink to flow to the print head).
NOTE: If cartridge is refilled before it is empty this time is greatly reduced.
- Mount the cartridge and run a priming cycle as per printer instructions.
NOTE: Empty cartridges should be refilled immediately
