1. Will JR Inkjet Refill Kits void my printer's warranty?
According to Hewlett Packard, using a refilled inkjet cartridge does not void its printers' warranties unless printer failure or damage from refilling is attributable to it. This is typical of any manufacturer's warranty. Keep in mind that the ink from our refill kits does not come into contact with any part of the printer or its components except the cartridge and print head. Many cartridges come with a refilling hole, which is designed to be used to insert ink.
2. Are the colors the same as the originals?
For all practical purposes, yes. If for any reason you can detect a difference in hue, saturation, or intensity of JR Inkjet inks, advanced color correction drivers which come with today's color printers will be able to remove any noticeable differences.
3. Will the JR Inkjet Refill Kit clog my printer head?
No. Hewlett Packard requires its ink manufacturers to refine its inks to a 1 micron purity. JR Inkjet inks are refined to 0.5 micron, more than enough to ensure clean operation.
4. Is thie Inkjet Refill System messy?
No. This is a primary concern of many people who may be interested in purchasing refill systems or have used them in the past. Unlike our competitors, JR Inkjet refill kits come with a blunt needle injector that allows for precise refilling. Our competitors sometimes offer squeeze bottles which afford little or no control over the refilling process.
5. How many refills will I get from a JR Inkjet kit?
That depends on the capacity of you cartridge. For example: You will get approximately 10 or more refills with the Canon BC11 cartridge and about 1 - 2 refills with the Canon BC20 cartridge. Most Hewlett-Packard cartridges average approximately 2 -3 refills per kit.
6. I can't find my printer on the compatibility chart. Can I still use your refill system?
