We never require internet users to create user accounts while shopping on our site. We do not keep a database of names and other personal information. Information collected on our site, such as prompted by our Support Center and online order submissions, only exist to perform vital business functions. It is never available nor sold to third parties.
Credit card and other sensitive information is transmitted through secure connections using 128-bit SSL encryption. Sales invoices are processed and stored offline, where they are inaccessible from possible intrusions originating from the Internet. Unusually large transactions are generally confirmed by phone prior to billing as to protect you against credit card fraud.
FutureShip uses HTTP "cookies" to store shopping cart contents. However, we do not plan to use cookies for any other purpose. Any changes to this policy will be made available here.
If a customer is hesistant to submit personal information through the Internet, orders may be placed through our toll-free number during regular business hours. We also accept Fax orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders by these alternative methods are given the same priority as those placed online.
